Stumble Guys is considered to be a racing game by many players, however, the game rule doesn’t always indicate that players must be the first one to arrive the finish line to win the game. Instead, the bottom line of the game is to be the last player standing alive. In this sense, players can win this game by either running fast or staying away from hazards. And sometimes they have to consider both. That being said, there are two sets of strategies for coping with both two goals.

In some levels when there aren’t massive attacks being equally launched to all the players, then speed of the gameplay matters most. Players should prioritize their racing speed on top of anything as if there is a ticking clock. They can use tricks to create special boosters and outburst of speed. The typical one is to take advantage of certain types of obstacles. Although most of the time players want to dodge the damaging hazards, other times when they encounter spinning or flipping ones they may tactfully jump over those with a swift touch with them so that their jumping can gain some extra forward motions. Another trick is to use tactic jumps as well. For those obstacles with fixed patterns, players don’t need to wait for the safe timing to get through. Instead, they can jump over the objects to save time.

Meanwhile, there is another type of levels where speed should give way to safety or survival. When players are being intensively bombarded and attacked from all directions, then they shall seek shelters and safe spots instead of blindly heading to the finish line. However, apart from staying in a safe zone, players can also stay alert for the opportunities to push others off the planks and knock them over into the pool. At the same time, it is also important to be extra on guard at those levels because others may try to launch surprising attacks on you as well.
